As the Administrator, you will be working a 37.5 hour week, over Monday to Friday within a temporary contract of 3 months, to then move to permanent and will be reporting to the Operations Manager and Director.
Your roles and responsibilities include:
Being the first point of contact via email and telephone to customers and clients Assisting with all administrative, banking, and accounts duties and monitoring all inboxes Working closely with the Warehouse Manager to ensure smooth transitions Preparing quotes and reports, dealing with sales orders, and updating management with activities
The ideal candidate will be:
Experience in finance using Xero would be beneficial Communicative, self-motivated, and driven qualities Strong experience in customer service and administration
