Administrator (based in Yate), Salary: £20-£25k In this role, you will be instrumental in ensuring the seamless functioning of administrative operations. From managing office supplies to providing support to various departments, you will play a pivotal role in maintaining efficiency and productivity. Here's what you'll be doing: Handling office operations and procedures efficiently. Managing incoming calls and emails, redirecting inquiries appropriately. Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems. Offering administrative support across different departments as needed. Coordinating meetings and appointments, managing schedules effectively. Providing exceptional customer service by addressing inquiries promptly. Required Skills: Strong organizational and time management abilities. Attention to detail and accuracy in work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint). Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively. Previous experience in an administrative role is advantageous but not essential.
