Ormiston Forge Academy is a thriving secondary academy and sixth form located in the heart of Cradley Heath, West Midlands, with a proud history of academic excellence and community involvement. Ormiston Forge Academy is looking to recruit an experienced, ambitious, and motivated individual to carry out a key administration position dealing with all aspects of academy administration. The successful candidate will be a key frontline member of staff and effectively ‘the face of Forge’ in welcoming visitors to the academy. You must have a solid understanding of how to work effectively in a busy administrative environment in order to support the team and the Principal with a wide range of administrative duties. The role is based on working 37 hours per week for 39 weeks per year (term time, including INSET days). Qualifications Required

To be considered for the post you must have achieved a minimum of GCSE Grade A to C (or equivalent) passes in maths and English. First aid training will need to be undertaken if an appropriate First Aid qualification is not already held. Requirements

GCSE grade A-C (or equivalent) in English and maths. Excellent IT skills, especially Excel. Excellent communication and organisational skills. Experience with handling cash and record keeping. A desire to have a career within administration. Strong desire to learn new skills and take on new challenges. A relentless approach to giving parents and stakeholders the best customer service. Enjoy working as part of a team but willingness to use initiative. Flexible approach and ability to remain calm under pressure. Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
