Overview Due to continued growth we are seeking a versatile and hardworking individual to join our team in a dual role. The position combines office administration tasks with some hands-on yard work, including handling both incoming and outgoing products and occasional cleaning/maintenance of our concrete washout units. This role encompasses working for both sides of our two businesses, which are Mudtech Limited and Mudtech Tank Division. Mudtech Limited

has provided geotechnical solutions across a broad range of industries since 1998, serving Construction, Civil Engineering and Drilling operations with focus on Tunnelling, Trenchless Technology and Shaft Sinking. Our Tank Division was formed more recently to funnel our innovative plant and equipment offerings to customers. Mudtech Tank Division Limited

offers goods and services under the brand BlueRinse. We supply equipment for safe, compliant concrete washout on site hiring and selling plant along with consumables. Both companies have a strong focus on protecting our environment and promoting safe working practice. We are vibrant and continually improving. Duties will include, but are not limited to: Office Administration: Inputting sales orders Invoicing customers Arranging transport and logistics for deliveries to our customers Stock/inventory management, ordering, receipting and maintaining minimum quantities Handling incoming and outgoing telephone calls Use of current electronic filing systems Acting as a point of contact for customers & suppliers through use of email & telephone Yard work: Preparing outgoing products for delivery to customers Receiving incoming stock from our suppliers Maintaining and organising current storage areas Assist with loading and unloading of stock and equipment Assist with cleaning and light maintenance of Hire equipment Occasional requirement to work at our warehouse facilities in Cheshire (travel provided) The ideal candidate would: Be proficient in Microsoft Office, with a capacity to learn new software and systems Have good written and verbal communication skills Have strong time-management skills Possess an analytical mindset with attention to detail Have a flexible approach to problem solving Be able to prioritize and multitask Be able to adapt to changing situations in a calm and professional manner Preferred Qualifications: MS Office experience with using Outlook, Word and Excel Comfortable handling confidential information Experience using internal processes and electronic filing systems If you are a motivated and reliable individual with a strong work ethic, please apply by submitting your application and CV to admin@bluerinse.co.uk.
