Office & Facilities Manager . This varied role oversees office resources, coordinating maintenance & repairs, implementation of health and safety protocols, and supports colleagues with general administrative tasks. Division:

Permanent Job: 23391 Responsibilities Managing the maintenance of the company’s facilities over two sites Managing budgets in relation to operating costs Managing reception including answering phones, greeting visitors, post, and meeting room diaries Arranging travel and event bookings for colleagues Managing HSE inductions and trainings, as well as administrative tasks Rewards 28 days annual leave (plus bank holidays) Onsite parking Experience Essentials The ideal candidate will have experience in facilities and administrative support, with strong proficiency in Windows 10 and MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, Teams). They should possess excellent written and verbal communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously while meeting deadlines. Strong interpersonal skills, sound judgment, organizational abilities, and a proactive approach to problem-solving are essential. A full UK driving license for travel between sites is required. Experience in raising purchase orders, invoice processing, and using finance packages like Lightyear is desirable. Location Our client is based in OX11. Due to the nature of the role, you will be required to work in the office, with the potential to work from home 1 day per week after the first couple of months. As travel between the two sites will be required, you must have a valid UK driving license and access to a car. Action Please apply online!
