Job Description Office & Warehouse Administrator A well-known manufacturer based in Biggleswade is looking to recruit an Office & Warehouse Administrator to perform duties such as assisting in the warehouse when necessary, checking orders, assisting with sales enquiries, customer enquiries, support/order processing, and general administration duties. The role will act as a liaison between customers, suppliers, and the sales team, providing products, services, and solutions to any emerging problems that suppliers or the sales team may have. Availability and training are provided in learning the technical specifications of the products sold and inventory management systems to support customers as needed. Key Responsibilities: Executing sales orders, record keeping, and handling enquiries from customers and internal departments. Keeping order systems updated, managing purchase orders, and using management tools for ordering and accountability of orders. Assisting in the warehouse when necessary to help with picking and packing. Understanding of accounts would be an advantage, but training will be provided. Managing emails and calls, resolving cases in a timely manner. Communicating with suppliers via phone, email, and in some cases face-to-face via Zoom, Skype, and Teams. Utilizing software systems and store portals to fulfill customer requirements, including placing, booking, and confirming orders and deliveries. Processing invoices, credits, and returns in assistance to the Finance team. Training will be provided. Supporting the sales team with enquiries and providing quick solutions. Maintaining clear communication skills in both verbal and written forms, as you will be the first point of contact for many customers. Exhibiting a keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills. Having a good level of experience with MS Office. Being comfortable or open to using or learning various software packages. Delivering a premium customer experience. Assisting with warehouse duties as required.
