Immediate Mountnessing C of E Primary School is looking for a committed, enthusiastic and hardworking Office Assistant to provide effective and efficient administrative support to the school. The successful candidate will work with the Headteacher and Trust business manager to strive to ensure the best outcomes for every child. Mountnessing C of E Primary School is a growing, successful village school. Our pupils and staff are happy and enthusiastic and we look after our school community. This post is an exciting opportunity for a new HR and Finance assistant to work within a committed and successful trust to achieve our strategic aims and priorities. We are looking for an assistant who:

Will put children at the heart of all they do Has a commitment to working collaboratively with staff to inspire, enable and empower them to achieve high standards Will develop positive relationships with our children and families Ideally has experience of working in an office environment Has excellent written and spoken English Is a positive role model, to lead and motivate others Good interpersonal skills The ability to prioritise work schedules, good time management and can work well under pressure Be flexible and resilient Have high expectations of yourself and others Visits to the school are warmly welcome.
