Office-Based Heating Engineer . Join our ECO team with All Seasons Energy, part of the Aira family and help customers on low incomes reduce their bills. All Seasons Energy, a leading renewable heating installation company, is seeking a skilled and motivated Office-Based Heating Engineer to join our dynamic team. As the primary point of contact for heating inquiries, particularly related to air source heat pump systems, you will play a crucial role in providing technical support to office staff, contributing to the design process, and ensuring a seamless experience for our customers from inquiry to post-installation support. WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING AS AN OFFICE-BASED HEATING ENGINEER AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY Customer Enquiries:

Serve as the main point of contact for heating-related inquiries, addressing questions from office staff, clients, and customers both new and existing. Provide technical expertise and guidance on natural gas and air source heat pump systems, explaining features, benefits, and installation processes. Design Assistance:

Collaborate with the design team to assist in the creation of heating system designs, particularly focusing on air source heat pump installations. Review and validate designs to ensure they meet industry standards, regulations, and customer requirements. Customer Support:

Act as the point of contact for customer queries both before and after installation. Provide timely and accurate information to address customer concerns, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction. Technical Consultation:

Assist office staff in understanding technical aspects of heating systems, offering guidance on system capabilities, energy efficiency, and maintenance requirements. Training and Development:

Stay updated on industry trends, new technologies, and advancements in renewable heating systems to provide relevant training and knowledge transfer to office staff. Work closely with installation teams, project managers, and other stakeholders to ensure effective communication and coordination. WHAT YOU’LL NEED AS AN OFFICE-BASED HEATING ENGINEER AT ALL SEASONS ENERGY Experience:

Proven experience in the design and implementation of heating systems, with a focus on air source heat pumps. Technical Skills:

Strong technical proficiency in heating system design and troubleshooting. Familiarity with industry standards, regulations, and best practices. Communication Skills:

Excellent verbal and written communication skills for effective interaction with office staff, customers, and external partners. Customer Focus:

A customer-centric approach with the ability to address customer queries and concerns in a professional and friendly manner. Problem-Solving Abilities:

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to assess design challenges and provide effective solutions. Team Player:
