We are seeking a proactive and organised Office & Facilities Administrator to join our team at SPT Labtech. This role will involve a combination of facilities management and office administration tasks to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our workplace. Want to be part of a team that’s truly making a difference? Your key responsibilities will include: Facilities Management:

Assist with the maintenance, safety, and cleanliness of office facilities and common areas. Coordinate with the landlord, external vendors and service providers for building maintenance, repairs, cleaning, and other services. Monitor and ensure the proper functioning of facility systems. Assist with organising and scheduling regular facility maintenance and inspections. Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations across the facility. Conduct routine facility inspections to identify and resolve any issues. Lead projects aimed at optimising facility layouts and reconfiguring current setups to enhance space utilisation and improve overall operational efficiency. Work closely with the manufacturing and R&D team to ensure continuous improvement efforts in the usage of our facility including leading 5S effort activities across the site. Participate in regular team meetings and generating ideas focused on identifying areas of improvement within the production environment. Any other facilities tasks, as required. Office Administration:

Help with managing group meetings, and organizing training, events or conferences. Monitor office supplies and reorder items as necessary to ensure that stock levels are maintained. Any other administrative tasks, as required. Skills & Attributes: Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Basic understanding of facilities management processes and building systems is a plus. Ability to problem-solve and work independently, while being a collaborative team member. Physical ability to lift and move supplies or equipment as needed.
