As an intern, you will gain exposure to recruitment, administrative duties, and business communication, assisting with the daily operations of our office. This is a fantastic opportunity to develop valuable skills in human resources, office administration, and business management while working alongside industry professionals. Key Responsibilities : Assist with the end-to-end recruitment process, including screening resumes, scheduling interviews, and communicating with candidates. Support the onboarding of new candidates, ensuring all required documentation is complete. Maintain and update databases, ensuring accurate and timely record-keeping. Assist with day-to-day administrative tasks such as filing, responding to emails, and handling phone inquiries. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and other business communications for the HR and management teams. Prepare reports, presentations, and assist in maintaining organized documentation. Collaborate with different departments to ensure smooth operations. Provide support on ad hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management. Requirements : Recent graduate in Human Resources, Business Management, Administration, Psychology, Office Administration, Communications, Business Administration, or related fields. Strong organizational skills with an ability to manage multiple tasks. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. High attention to detail and accuracy in administrative work. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Ability to work both independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of office administration and business communication practices. Eagerness to learn and develop in a professional environment. Experience or interest in recruitment is a plus, but not required. Working Place:
