Job Overview: Reporting to the Cryoquip Ltd General Manager, the Office & Logistic Coordinator is responsible for handling Shipping, Export/Import as well as supporting other team members in activities related to the administration of spare parts orders and service work. Some general office administration activities may also be required.

Responsibilities:

Carrying out daily logistics activities, organizing local and international transport against approved quotes received and supervise orders for dispatch, completing booking and packing forms.

Developing and leading end-to-end logistics solutions to achieve required on-time pick up & delivery of goods.

Creating order acknowledgment, invoices, shipping documentation and responsible for document retention as per local policy.

Organizing Customs Clearance through the approved Customs Broker and maintaining Import and Export Registers for shipments.

Provide support for spare parts order entry, expediting and follow up.

Quotations for: repairs, spare parts, standard exchange parts field services.

Support to commercial team for invoicing activities.

Provide support for service technician job reports, timesheet, travel and expenses management.

Monthly export and import statistics (Intrastat).

Other duties as assigned that are broadly in line with the above and key objectives.

Continue to provide support for general office admin duties as required.

Qualifications:

Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English Language (Advanced Level), including business and legal vocabulary.

Must also be able to work well with current team members at all levels.

Tenacity and a confident and persuasive self-starter with a strong drive to achieve results.

ERP system management.

Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications.

Excellent problem-solving skills.

Effective communication skills.

Exceptional customer service skills.

Skilled in time management, prioritizing and managing changing priorities in fast-paced environment.
