To manage all office and administrative tasks to ensure a smooth running of the business and working closely with parents/carers, visitors and other businesses. Qualifications and Experience
Formal IT related training. Confidence in using settings internal software (Famly, Bright HR, Bright Safe). Good general standard of education (min GCSE or equivalent qualification). Experience working in a customer based environment. Administrative experience. Previous Office Management experience. Skills and Attributes
Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to manage own work load and work to deadlines. Highly proficient in most areas of IT and confident in using Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and internet search engines. Ability to use and create databases. Excellent time management, planning and organisational skills. Ability to maintain confidentiality. Respect all cultures of colleagues, children and families. The liking for children/babies and the ability to relate to them in a sensitive manner. Ability to work individually and as part of a team. Self-motivated and a positive attitude. Ability to learn on the job and adapt to changes.
