Responsibilities of the role:
Acting as the first point of contact for Hoxton Farms’ office in Central London and executing daily office operations and procedures
Organising, running and attending company-wide events
Liaising with external stakeholders such as company visitors and vendors
Supporting the onboarding process for new hires and the full employee lifecycle
Coordinating meetings and preparing agendas
Scheduling complex travel arrangements and external events
Managing diaries, inboxes and drafting email responses
You should have:
Experience supporting executives in a dynamic environment (preferably a startup) with general secretarial, travel and administrative needs
Experience managing an office environment
Experience organising and coordinating events
A highly organised, efficient and detail-oriented working style
Excellent written and verbal communication
Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to demonstrate enthusiasm, integrity and discretion
A desire to foster a positive and collaborative office environment
Experience using Google Workspace, Notion and Slack is a plus
This is a fully in-person role.
