Job Description Managing office operations and procedures to ensure organisational effectiveness. Coordinating with various departments to facilitate seamless communication and efficiency. Overseeing administrative staff and dividing responsibilities to ensure performance. Working closely with the legal team to ensure all operations are compliant with regulations. Assisting in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports. Developing and implementing office policies by setting up procedures and standards to guide the operation of the office. Ensuring filing systems are maintained and current. Participating in educational opportunities and professional organisations to stay updated with industry trends. The Successful Applicant A successful Office Manager should have: A degree in Business Administration, Management, or related field. Prior experience in a similar role, preferably within the Legal industry. Knowledge and experience of legal compliance, contracts and office management systems. Excellent organisational and leadership skills. Proficiency in MS Office applications and other office management tools. Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities.
