Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee our daily office operations. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and a keen ability to manage human resources effectively. This role is crucial in ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently, fostering a productive work environment for all team members. Duties Oversee daily office operations, ensuring all administrative tasks are completed efficiently. Manage human resources functions, including recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Supervise and support office staff, promoting teamwork and effective communication. Maintain accurate records and files, ensuring compliance with company policies. Utilise QuickBooks for financial management, including invoicing and expense tracking. Implement and maintain office procedures to enhance productivity. Handle clerical tasks such as filing, data entry, and managing correspondence. Exhibit excellent phone etiquette when dealing with clients and vendors. Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary. Requirements Proven experience in an office management role or similar position. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in team management and supervising staff members. Proficiency in QuickBooks or similar accounting software is advantageous. Familiarity with administrative procedures and clerical duties. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment. A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
