Office Manager : YOUR Mission Support in the maintenance and further development of the management systems (IMS) for ISO certifications in the UK and adaptation to the requirements of certification platforms, auditors and internal specifications. Working with the external accountant to allocate cost centres, check incoming invoices and approve documents for further processing. Support with payroll, management of overtime accounts, travel expense reports and organisation of accommodation, vehicles and insurance. Organisation of procurements for the head office in London and selective support with the invoicing of consultancy contracts and services provided. Willingness to travel and enthusiasm for contributing to international projects. You demonstrate a sense of responsibility and dedication, committed to delivering quality work.
