About The Role: The Crowd are partnering with a global sports and entertainment agency renowned for collaborating with some of the world’s most recognisable brands. This agency specialises in creating boundary-pushing projects at the intersection of sports, entertainment, and culture, delivering innovative campaigns and experiences that truly resonate. They are currently looking for an Office Manager with a proactive, outgoing and energetic personality to work front of house in a busy and social workspace. You will be responsible for creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere and greeting clients/visitors with the utmost hospitality. Alongside this, your role includes overseeing daily operations, working closely with the building maintenance, managing supplies, maintaining functionality of the meeting rooms and providing support to senior management where necessary. The ideal candidate will have 2 years’ experience in an all-round studio/office manager role and will possess a kind and approachable demeanour. Key Responsibilities: Manage daily office operations ensuring a smooth running workplace Work closely with office maintenance to quickly attend to any issues Manage stationary and kitchen supplies Organise storage space for client teams First aid and fire warden duties (training provided) Lead planning for exciting internal events and team building trips Provide support to senior management, booking travel and meeting rooms Other ad hoc office tasks Key Skills/Requirements: 18 months minimum experience working in an office ideally in a creative sector Highly proactive and sociable with an approachable and welcoming demeanour Organised with good attention to detail and can work on own initiative Excellent written and verbal communication skills An interest in sports and entertainment is desirable To apply for this position please click on the apply button to attach your CV (and portfolio for design positions).
