Salary: GBP30000 - GBP34000 per annum We are working with a creative agency specialising in large format graphics that is looking for a proactive Office Manager to help keep their office running smoothly and efficiently.

As the Office Manager, you will be the backbone of their daily operations, ensuring the office functions seamlessly and the team can work efficiently. You will play a pivotal role in supporting the Directors, handling administration tasks, managing office facilities, and ensuring the smooth operation of the studio.

Key Responsibilities of the role include: Office Administration:

Manage daily office operations, including handling office supplies, managing office space, and ensuring the office is organized and welcoming. Visitor Management:

Greet and assist visitors in a professional and friendly manner. Travel Arrangements:

Organise travel for team members, ensuring schedules are well-coordinated and cost-effective. Meeting Support:

Assist with scheduling and taking meeting notes for internal and client meetings. Courier Management:

Organise and track couriers for office deliveries and shipments. Supplier Contracts:

Negotiate, agree on, and manage contracts with suppliers, ensuring cost efficiency, quality service, and timely deliveries. Facility Management:

Oversee the office facilities, ensuring everything is in working order and maintained to a high standard. Office Supplies:

Monitor and maintain stock levels of office and studio supplies, making sure everything is available when needed. Accreditation:

Helping support the application process for all relevant industry and ISO accreditations. Requirements: Strong experience in office management and administration. Highly organised with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Proactive with a "can-do" attitude and a willingness to assist others. Ability to negotiate effectively with suppliers and vendors. A good understanding of managing office facilities and supplies. Able to work on-site in their Hertfordshire office 5 days a week.
