We are looking for a highly organized and enthusiastic Service and Sales Support Administrator to join our dynamic team and help us continue to provide excellent service and support to our customers. Role Overview: As an Office Manager specializing in Service & Sales Support, you will be a central part of our team, ensuring smooth office operations while directly supporting our sales and customer service functions. From managing client communications to assisting with sales processes, your role will involve a combination of office administration, coordination, and customer support. If you're a proactive problem solver with a passion for both tea and coffee and delivering outstanding service, this is the role for you! Key Responsibilities: Oversee daily office operations, ensuring efficiency and organization Assist the sales team by managing customer inquiries, orders, and follow-ups Maintain client accounts, process orders, and track sales progress Coordinate with service team to book machine servicing and PVI Provide excellent customer support via phone, email, and in-person interactions Process invoicing, track payments, and support financial administration Maintain office supplies, ensuring inventory is well-stocked and organized Organize and schedule meetings, product demos, and client visits for the sales team Assist in preparing sales reports, client proposals, and promotional materials Help manage and implement office-related events, workshops, or product tastings Ensure the office is a welcoming, efficient, and positive environment for all team members and clients Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience in office management, customer service, or sales support Strong organizational skills and an eye for detail Excellent written and verbal communication skills Experience with CRM software and office tools (Microsoft Office, Google Suite) Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously in a fast-paced environment Knowledge or interest in tea and coffee is a plus Strong interpersonal skills and a positive, customer-centric attitude A proactive approach with the ability to anticipate needs and solve problems quickly High school diploma required; additional qualifications in business administration or customer service preferred Why Join Us?
