We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills and experience in human resources, ensuring that our office runs smoothly and efficiently. This role requires excellent communication abilities, both verbal and written, as well as a knack for team management and supervising staff. Duties

Manage day-to-day office operations, ensuring a productive work environment. Oversee administrative tasks including filing, record-keeping, and clerical duties. Supervise office staff, providing guidance and support to enhance team performance. Implement and maintain office policies and procedures to improve efficiency. Handle human resources functions such as recruitment, onboarding, and employee relations. Maintain financial records using QuickBooks, including invoicing and expense tracking. Communicate effectively with team members and external stakeholders to foster positive relationships. Ensure proper phone etiquette is maintained when handling incoming calls. Organise meetings, prepare agendas, and take minutes as required. Qualifications

Proven experience in an office management or similar administrative role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Experience with QuickBooks or similar accounting software is desirable. Excellent supervisory skills with a focus on team management. Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential. Proficient in administrative tasks including clerical work and record management. Demonstrated ability to maintain professionalism in all interactions within the office environment.
