The role of the Office Manager is a busy one; there is always plenty to do so we need an individual who can turn their hand to all requirements, and who can be flexible with day to day duties. Our ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills and will manage the smooth day to day running of the administration processes across the academy. You will be responsible for a small team and therefore previous supervisory experience is essential, along with exceptional organisation skills. The main purpose of this role is to ensure the effective operation of all aspects of the main office, receptions, and to proactively support the development of a dynamic learning community through effective delivery of administrative services to meet the needs of every stakeholder.
