Job Overview We are seeking a highly organised and proactive Office Manager to oversee the daily operations of our office. The ideal candidate will possess strong administrative skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and clients. This role requires a blend of clerical duties, team management, and human resources responsibilities to ensure a smooth and efficient office environment. Duties Manage the day-to-day running and operation of the office, plan work schedules, assign tasks and delegate responsibilities. Train to ensure all staff are aware of the office system and procedures and fully aware of the health and safety requirements. Set up of new starters and carrying out company induction for new starters. Responsible for the general day-to-day management of the office from monitoring the post and deliveries through to ordering office supplies. Operate as the first point of contact for the business. Conduct office tours for onboarding and visitors on behalf of the business. Produce daily reports every morning and monthly reports swiftly after month end. Produce weekly management reports. Advise management on handling all correspondence and enquiries relating to accounts, sales, statistical and other matters. Qualifications Proven experience in an administrative or office management role. Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written. Experience in supervising staff and managing teams is an advantage.
