Here, You’ll Go Beyond Numbers We’re looking for a talented Office Supervisor who thrives in a dynamic environment and embraces the chance to tackle complex challenges. At MHA, you’ll be surrounded by passionate professionals who are dedicated to making a difference. You will be assisting the Senior Office Manager to coordinate the administration and property related functions within the offices/building. You will also supervise staff and workflow to ensure the smooth running of the office. Assist/organise departmental staff/guest meetings including venue, room and refreshments (if appropriate) Assist with the ordering office supplies in a cost-effective manner and maintain provisions When required assist Senior Office Manager with preparations of office accounts and budgets Supervise stationery and catering requirements (where appropriate) If required attend meetings on departmental matters and stand in for Senior Office Manager when required Ensure staff cover is planned and organised where necessary to cover admin duties i.e. post, reception, scanning and secretarial absence Delegate work where appropriate to the team and ensure tasks and deadlines are met and keep up to date daily task planner for the admin staff Assist Senior Office Manager in the maintenance of meeting rooms to ensure exceptional standards are met What We’re Looking For Previous office administration and supervisory background essential, preferably a minimum of 3 years Organised and methodical Numerical skills Ability to multitask Ability to write reports and own correspondence Rewards That Resonate You’re more than a number to us; you’re an individual with unique talents and aspirations.
