We are working with a leading IT & Critical Communications Provider who are looking for an experienced administrator to join their team!


The role is based in North West London and offers a excellent work culture (empowering management team, independency and good banter) as well as work life balance, and progression opportunities in both the administration team but also into engineering or sales if you have a passion for these!


Main Responsibilities:

Managing engineering schedules, training certifications, safety compliance, and maintain up-to-date technical data.


Overseeing service bookings and equipment, ensuring quality standards, and maintaining inventory levels.


Processing and tracking sales orders, maintaining accurate stock records, and supporting daily operations with purchasing and property tasks.


This is a full-time position Monday to Friday (9-5), allowing you the freedom to keep that the weekends free for any events you’re planning!
