Based in our modern well-appointed Carrickfergus office, the role is customer focused, with a varied and rewarding range of work. In this dual type role, you will be well supported by experienced team members in both office and accounts administration. Key Duties General office duties, including answering phones and dealing with customer enquiries. Basic bookkeeping transaction entries, customer and supplier account balancing. Accounts payable follow up. Routing/logging telephone or web enquiries to appropriate team. Processing customer orders, updating customer licences and creating invoices. Key Information Full time permanent 37hrs per week - 09:00 to 17:30 Monday to Thursday, 09:00 – 17:00 Friday, 1 hour lunch break. Based in the centre of Carrickfergus, with office sea view. Free public parking (currently), bus, train - all a short walk. While the role is largely office based, there can be some flexibility for work from home on an agreed as per need basis. Private Medical Insurance, Workplace Pension Scheme. Full training along with a high level of ongoing support. Key Candidate Attributes Experience in an office environment – minimum 2 years. Accounts administration experience desirable. Experience of Sage Accounting software desirable. Good IT and Numerical literacy. Experience of Microsoft Office and Excel Spreadsheets. Professional, helpful and friendly telephone/email manner. Job Type:
