You will provide technical support to the whole company including preparation of technical documentation, training and meeting with customers if necessary. The successful candidate will be responsible for management of the Department’s regional Staff.

Key Accountabilities:

Development of Documentation (Work Instructions, Check List, Manuals, etc.) compiling the necessary information applied to all areas to provide all the knowledge in renewable energy project technology required by the technical staff in their work. Reviewing new documentation with the aim of updating new instructions on technical procedures that will enable us to comply with RES's quality and safety objectives of RES and adequate documentation to local/country Regulations. Compile updated information on instructions and procedures for the technology to be applied for its correct management in the computer system, reporting information to superiors. Contribute to the study of new technological advances with the aim of contributing to the better optimisation of RES resources. Provide technical support on site, by phone, by email or through the “support app” to the rest of Departments of the Company and Areas of the Service Engineering Department. Attend meetings with other Departments of the company and Clients if necessary. Technical training for field technicians and other staff.

Occupational Health and Safety Guidelines: Collaborate with the Health and Safety department in transmitting all necessary information for the assessment of risks to occupational health and safety, as well as other risks to the management system within their area of responsibility. Ensure their own safety and health, as well as that of others, by following the preventive measures adopted, in accordance with their training and the instructions received from RES. Properly use machines, tools, personal protective equipment (PPE), devices, hazardous substances, transport equipment, and, in general, any means necessary to carry out their activities.

Environmental Guidelines at Work: Comply with environmental protection measures, in accordance with their training and the instructions received. Identify and segregate hazardous and non-hazardous waste generated during their activities and dispose of them in the appropriate containers.

Knowledge: Proficient in MS Office software. Proficient in Smartsheet. Proficient in CMMS. Handling Ingeboards. Knowledge of electricity - power electronics - Mechanical. The ability to speak English, French and/or Spanish would be beneficial.

Experience: Strong experience in offshore projects is desirable.

Qualifications: Engineering degree or equivalent vocational qualification. Se ofrece
