Lead and manage the children's home in compliance with Ofsted regulations. Ensure the safety and well-being of all children and young people in care. Develop and implement care plans tailored to individual needs. Supervise staff and ensure high standards of care and support. Minimum Requirements:
Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care (Children and Young People's Services) or equivalent qualification. Strong knowledge of Ofsted regulations, children's home standards, and safeguarding practices. A minimum of 2-3 years of experience in a leadership or supervisory role within a children's residential care setting.
