Lead & Inspire

Take charge of all operations, ensuring a safe, nurturing, and high-quality environment. Drive a positive, high-performance culture within the team. Push for continuous improvement and service enhancement. Build strong relationships with local authorities, external agencies, and the community. Ensure Compliance & Safeguarding

Stay fully compliant with Ofsted and all relevant regulations. Champion a strong safeguarding culture, keeping children’s welfare at the forefront. Keep policies and procedures up to date and effective. Step Up & Deliver

Be flexible—adapting to meet the home's needs, including out-of-hours support. Lead by example, stepping in to support the team when needed. What’s Needed:

Minimum age of 21. Right to work in the UK. Clean driving licence and access to a vehicle with business insurance. At least five years' experience in a senior role within children’s services. NVQ Level 3 or QCF Level 4 in Health/Social Care, Youth Work, or Education. Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health and Social Care Services or Children and Young People’s Residential Management (or working towards it). Enhanced portable DBS. Strong leadership experience in residential care. Safeguarding Comes First:
