Ofsted Registered Manager Children's Home Registered Manager, managing children's residential care home. Managing a service that supports and cares for children and young people. The manager will ensure the home is compliant with OFSTED. Manage, support and recruit staff team. Work with RI to ensure the service is safe and effective. Manage referrals. Manage budgets. Provide care and support to children and young people within OFSTED regulated services. Experienced and supportive SMT team, internal recruitment and HR team to support managers in managing services, and internal quality and assurance service to support with compliance and policy updates. Minimum Requirements: Must have experience as a Registered Manager. Must have worked with child services aged 15-18. Experience with OFSTED. NVQ Level 5 in leadership and management.
