- The home is registered with both Ofsted and the CQC, supporting children and young people presenting with a combination of learning disabilities, complex clinical care needs and ph.
- Leading a multidisciplinary team including support staff and clinical colleagues, ensuring care plans reflect each child's learning disabilities, medical and developmental needs.
- Manage difficult conversations and represent the service externally.
Skills and requirements
- Current or recent experience as a Registered Manager of an Ofsted registered children's home or supported living service.

- For that reason, our client is not necessarily looking for a clinician to lead the service (although clinical qualification and experience is a bonus).
