Target Achievement : Meet or exceed sales and bookings objectives for Oil-Free equipment. Market Penetration : Identify gaps in market coverage and create plans to fill those using a direct sales approach. Coordination : Collaborate with Aftermarket, Operations, and Engineering teams to ensure the infrastructure is in place to support the Oil-Free business fully. Account Management : Identify and develop relationships with key accounts and assist in building national relationships. Product Launches : Support the launch of new Oil-Free products and drive sales initiatives. Market Growth : Focus on penetrating deeper into existing accounts, converting competitor accounts, and growing market share while maintaining existing service business. Strategic Selling : Apply strategic selling principles to uncover the best customer solutions and ensure a high standard of customer service. CRM Management : Use CRM tools to manage customer activities, quotes, leads, and other key data effectively. Process Compliance : Follow Aggreko’s sales process and comply with all CRM and CPQ processes. You’ll have the following skills and experience: Strong experience in a technical sales environment Experience working with Oil-Free Air products. Mechanical knowledge with experience in compressed air equipment. Positive, customer-focused attitude with a proven ability to build relationships. Proven time management, planning, and organisational skills. Excellent presentation skills, with the ability to handle objections and inspire customer trust. Find out more and apply now!
