About the Role: We are seeking an enthusiastic and organized individual to join our team as an Onboarding and Training Administrator. In this role, you will play a key part in supporting new brand ambassadors through their onboarding process, ensuring compliance with documentation requirements, and delivering one-to-one training assessments. You will work closely with the Partner Client Relations team and our partners to ensure all training activities run smoothly, while also handling a variety of administrative tasks to support business operations. Conduct one-to-one training assessments to identify development needs and support individual growth. Listen to customer calls to evaluate quality, provide constructive feedback, and ensure compliance with standards. Investigate complaints thoroughly, ensuring timely resolutions while adhering to deadlines. Maintain accurate records of onboarding, training, compliance documentation, and complaints investigations. Support the creation and improvement of onboarding processes. Collaborate with team leaders to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures. Work closely with partners to ensure deadlines are met in line with SLAs and escalate any issues as required. About You: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with confidence in delivering feedback. Previous experience in an administrative or training/coaching role is advantageous. Familiarity with
