Pro1 Recruitment are looking for a recruitment coordinator to join our busy team based in the Atherstone and Crick area. This role will be an ongoing position, and your duties will include: Planning workers in on a daily basis. Managing workers on site, dealing with queries. Resourcing candidates. Interviewing candidates via phone and face to face. Conduct reference checks. Speaking with clients on a daily basis. On call duties. Experience in a similar role would be advantageous, but we can provide training. You will need to flexible and must be able to drive from Atherstone to Crick for daily check ins.
