This vital role working closely with our patient services team will see you acting as a key link between clinicians, referral centres, patients, and internal teams to facilitate effective communication, timely patient management, and the highest standard of compassionate care throughout the entire patient pathway. To succeed in this role, you'll be a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse with a valid NMC registration and a strong background in SACT Education and/or qualifications. You'll have developed a deep understanding of oncology clinical procedures, national guidelines, and regulatory compliance. Your leadership experience, whether as a charge nurse, nurse supervisor, or in another managerial capacity, has honed your ability to motivate, influence, and lead diverse stakeholders without direct line management responsibility. Your excellent relationship management skills allow you to effectively build and maintain strong internal and external stakeholder relationships. You are an expert in coordinating care, managing schedules, and ensuring compliance with clinical procedures and regulatory standards. Your solid understanding of nursing leadership and management, complemented by certifications in these areas, positions you as a strategic thinker with the ability to analyse problems and make decisions grounded in data and best practices. You are committed to continuous professional development and remain up-to-date with the latest in nursing care, management techniques, and healthcare trends. Additionally, you are proficient in using electronic health records (EHR) systems, nursing software, and relevant technology to support your practice. About us

This role requires a dedicated and experienced Oncology Nurse with a valid NMC registration and a strong background in SACT Education and/or qualifications. Qualifications

The ideal candidate will be a qualified oncology nurse with a current and valid NMC registration. You will hold a valid SACT passport, demonstrating your competency in delivering systemic anti-cancer treatments. Previous experience in a CNS role is desirable and a full UK driving licence is essential for this role, as it requires travel between various healthcare settings. In addition to your clinical expertise, you will have a strong commercial awareness, with a proven ability to drive business growth by increasing patient referrals through consultant engagement. Your ability to build and maintain excellent relationships with both internal teams and external partners, including healthcare professionals and stakeholders, will be crucial to your success. We are looking for someone with a track record of working collaboratively to enhance patient care pathways and promote service excellence.
