What you will do: Provide clinical pharmacy support for cancer patients, tailoring chemotherapy and oncology medications to individual needs and ensuring the safe and effective use of these treatments. Oversee the preparation and dispensing of chemotherapy and systemic anti-cancer therapies (SACT), ensuring adherence to protocols for safety and accuracy. Educate and counsel patients regarding their treatment plans, informing them of potential side effects and managing their medication regimens effectively. Monitor and manage side effects, working closely with the oncology team to ensure patients receive holistic and supportive care throughout their treatment. Actively contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions, providing expert advice on drug therapy management and ensuring comprehensive patient care.

Must have previous hospital oncology experience with GPHC registration. BOPA SACT Passport experience is required, and a passion for safety and patient education is vital.
