Qualifications

Essential Criteria

GCSE Grade C or above in English Literature and Maths. Desirable Criteria

NVQ customer services NVQ level 2 in pharmacy services Experience

Essential Criteria

Experience of dealing with members of the public in a service capacity Desirable Criteria

Experience of working in a hospital or other healthcare environment Experience of working in pharmacy Some experience using computers (ECDL) Knowledge of prescription charges and exemptions Skills

Good command of the English Language Good oral and written communication skills Ability to plan, prioritise and organise workload Desirable Criteria
