Minimum Requirements: All applicants must hold a full, clean driving license. We are currently working with an industry-leading pharmaceutical company who are looking to appoint a Product Trainer for their Oncology business unit. The role will provide you with the opportunity to work directly with cross-functional teams such as Sales, Marketing, Medical, HR and Business Intelligence. Core responsibilities will include: Creating, planning & delivering customer-facing and industry-leading training programmes – for both new and established products. Coaching and developing field team members. Driving a culture focused on learning and growth, with the further aim of driving high performance across the business unit. As an applicant, you will ideally: Be ABPI qualified. Demonstrate a strong and successful background in pharmaceutical sales. Have solid experience of training, coaching and developing teams within the pharmaceutical industry. Hold an in-depth knowledge, or experience of working within the Oncology space.
