All delivery shall be scheduled during normal work hours (6:00 AM to 6:00 PM) Monday – Friday, Pacific Standard Time (PST), excluding Federal Holidays. Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated Online Healthcare Training Coordinator to provide vital support for our cultural transformation using lean methodologies. The coordinator will be responsible for delivering self-paced and on-demand health care-specific lean process improvement training, as well as facilitating activities for leadership development. This role will also involve ensuring access to resource materials for a minimum of 100 subscriptions. Additionally, the coordinator will be expected to provide progress data, offer customer service, and address queries during normal business hours. Responsibilities: Develop and curate comprehensive online lean process improvement training modules tailored to the healthcare environment. Ensure the delivery of engaging and effective self-paced training content, including videos, templates, examples, and worksheets. Facilitate an interactive learning experience that promotes customer engagement and successful application of lean concepts. Collaborate with the program manager and Contracting Officer Representative (COR) to provide monthly progress reports and detailed assessments of learners' advancement. Assist users with technical issues and questions during regular operating hours to ensure a seamless learning experience. Monitor and track user progress, providing data on successful content application and engagement to the designated point of contact. Administer access to training resources, ensuring learners can easily access and download materials as needed. Manage a minimum of 100 subscriptions, ensuring learners have continuous access to the training program. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as healthcare administration, education, or instructional design. Proven experience in developing and delivering online training modules, preferably within a healthcare or lean process improvement context. Strong knowledge of lean methodologies and their application within healthcare settings. Proficiency in creating engaging and interactive training content, including videos, templates, and worksheets.
