As an Online Navigator, you’ll play a key role in connecting with potential customers and helping them on their journey. Your main responsibilities will include: Chatting with customers via online channels or over the phone to understand their needs and guide them towards booking an appointment. Gathering important details about what customers are looking for and keeping track of this information in our sales system. Providing outstanding customer service and ensuring every customer has a fantastic experience with us. Working closely with our sales team by turning inbound enquiries into scheduled appointments.
