Any successful candidates for Onsite Engineer roles will be expected to:
Help manage their own site.
Provide first and second line support to their school, working with a range of systems and users with varying skills.
The varied nature of these roles requires an intelligent and enthusiastic person who has the ability to think outside the box to solve issues independently, but who can also work effectively with our wider IT and school teams. A friendly and professional manner is vital as this is a customer-focused role based in schools.
The ideal candidates will have a minimum of 1-2 years’ experience in a similar role and experience with hardware and software, including installation, configuration, and deployment.
