Your Mission:
As an Onsite Engineer, you will be our frontline hero, resolving client issues with finesse and providing stellar technical assistance. From troubleshooting hardware and software to performing system upgrades, your meticulous attention to detail will ensure seamless operations for our valued clients. Key Responsibilities: Resolve client issues promptly and effectively, ensuring minimal disruption to their operations. Install, maintain, and troubleshoot client hardware and software according to company standards. Prioritise and respond to technical queries with precision to meet our service level agreements and exceed customer expectations. Maintain accurate documentation of client environments and activities within our CRM system. Provide out-of-hours support on a rotational basis, demonstrating your commitment to client satisfaction. Excellent customer service and communication skills to effectively interact with clients. A current and valid UK driving license, enabling you to provide on-site support.
