Fully Onsite The below responsibilities and deliverables will guide the day-to-day tasks included in the role: IT quotation management and ownership and execution of the overall IT procurement process, including procurement of Dell laptops and peripherals. Procurement of non-Dell peripherals from other suppliers including CDW and EOS. Procurement of VC kit and networking equipment. Procurement of mobile phones and peripherals. Owning and improving related procurement processes. Coordination and day-to-day ownership of all related processes, working closely with vendors. Equipment order tracking, goods receipting, management of orders and payment escalations. Own and manage ITSM tickets (procurement related). Ensure day-to-day management of user requests for devices and track build process on all machine builds. Own and coordinate user requests on software and one-off requests from users. Working closely with HR team on the joiner, mover, and leaver process insofar as equipment goes. IT asset management including machine status tracking, user interfacing, loan machine management, and disposal process. Stock level management and re-order processes - working closely with the SDS. Owning and driving/introducing improvements on current asset tracking processes. Interface with facilities team on IT & facilities overlapping functions. SDS support on all SDS deliverables and actions, daily interface with SDS. Being the onsite interface between support team and users on site for all IT services. Being the onsite interface between the European Service Desk and site for all queries/questions/requests. Coordinating vendor relationship meetings, escalations, and general issues. Support queries around non-standard software and associated licensing. General documentation for IT services. Management of IT office including work and storage areas and TechBar neatness and general safety aspects. Support general office administration and coordinate team activities. The role requires the following personality traits, skills, and knowledge: Team player with good communication skills. Ability to work with people on all levels. Experience in IT procurement process end to end - preferably with SAP experience. Experience in IT asset management. Good knowledge of outsourcing service management. Good skills in O365 applications, Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint, etc.
