Due to expansion of service in Fermanagh, we are holding Open Recruitment Days in the Enniskillen branch on Thursday 7 March, Tuesday 12 and Thursday 14 March and again on Wednesday 20 March. Our HR Team will be available on these dates and every following Tuesday and Thursday to meet with you and interviews can be carried out on the day. NWCare is an award winning domiciliary care agency, serving the community for over 50 years. We have morning rotas - 07:00 - 14:30, afternoon rotas 15:00 - 18:30 and put to bed rotas from 19:00 - 23:00. We can offer all our staff: Excellent hourly rate Mileage paid Annual leave on a pro rata basis NISCC - Post registration training learning On-line learning Training academies throughout Northern Ireland Practical paid training CPD approved certificate for training QCF Levels 2, 3 and 5 qualifications Internal career progression Paid shadowing Mentoring arrangements Flexible working hours - full time and part time morning, afternoon, evenings and late rotas Child friendly hours - put to bed rotas to suit mums and students Running 4/3 rotas both full time and part time available Experienced care company with over 50 years in healthcare Recommend a Friend incentive - any of our staff who recommend someone who comes to work for NWCare will receive a voucher (no limit to number) We can offer both full time and part time flexible rotas. We work off a 4/3 rota pattern, as follows: - Week 1 - Monday, Tuesday, Saturday and Sunday Week 2 - Wednesday, Thursday and Friday. No qualifications or experience are necessary as full bespoke training will be provided.
