Operational Delivery Administrator Technical focuses on provide administrative support for ppm and reactive maintenance delivery.

What the role involves

• Provide administrative support for PPM and reactive maintenance delivery.
• Assisting with technical compliance processes including recording, tracking, and ensuring completion of remedial actions.
• Supporting the Asset Manager with maintaining Asset Registers.
• Supporting communication workflows to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Build effective working relationships with internal teams, clients, and suppliers.
• Assisting with scheduling planned and reactive maintenance activities.

Skills and requirements

• Knowledge of SFG20 maintenance schedules.
• Experience working with management information systems (MIS).
• Experience in compliance, quality, or operational support roles.
• Experience within facilities management, maintenance, or similar environments.
