As an Operational Engineer at Siemens Energy, you will begin your day with a team briefing, setting the stage for a cooperative and fruitful day. Ensure compliance with work specifications, local management instructions, and health & safety regulations. Supervise safety for both Siemens and contractor staff. Develop and implement maintenance routines for all plant and equipment. Enhance existing and new processes to improve service quality for customers. Maintain a safe working environment by creating risk assessments and method statements. Plan daily tasks, anticipate issues, and achieve high-quality results on time. Investigate faults and prepare reports in line with QA and customer standards. Provide technical support and training to staff, promoting continual improvement. What You Bring

Formal qualification to HNC level desirable but not essential. Demonstrated ability working within a maintenance environment on industrial sites/electrical substations. IT Literacy (MS Office including MS Project). Proven organizational skills and successful team working abilities. Good communication and interpersonal skills. Understanding of Health & Safety legislation and Risk Management Processes. Dedication to Siemens Think Customer initiative, including excellent call handling and voicemail skills. About the Team
