Summary of the role Diligenta is currently looking for an experienced Operational Governance & Change Control Lead. This is a key role that involves
maintaining and improving ways of working , operating within a highly complex and regulated environment to administer effective
governance and change controls
to support our front-line operational teams during periods of change to maintain excellent levels of customer service.
