Operational Learning and Development Lead About the Company:

Our client is a fast-growing not-for-profit organization embarking on an exciting phase of growth and evolution. As part of this journey, they are launching a new digital product aimed at transforming their service delivery and engagement with clients and partners. The Role:

This is a brand-new and pivotal role within the organization. The Operational Learning and Development Lead will play a critical part in laying the operational foundations for the launch of the new digital product. The role involves designing and implementing processes to ensure successful internal and external rollouts and equipping all staff and stakeholders with the knowledge and skills required to champion the product. The successful candidate will have exceptional organizational and interpersonal skills, a strong and positive personality, and the ability to engage with diverse teams and personalities across the business.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement operational processes to support the internal and external launch of the new digital product.

Design and deliver training programs for all internal staff and stakeholders, ensuring comprehensive understanding of the product’s functionality, value, and promotion.

Create engaging presentations and training materials tailored to diverse audiences.

Present confidently to varied groups, from senior leadership to front-line staff, managing up and down effectively.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand their needs and integrate feedback into training strategies.

Serve as the go-to expert for the product, providing ongoing support and updates post-launch.

Travel within the UK to deliver on-site training and support as needed.

Key Requirements:

Proven experience in taking a new product to market, preferably within a fast-paced and entrepreneurial environment.

Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities and projects.

Exceptional presentation skills, both in creating materials and delivering training.

Charismatic and energetic, with the ability to engage and inspire diverse audiences.

Comfortable managing relationships across all levels of the organization, from junior staff to senior leadership.

Adept at building processes and frameworks to support product launches.

Flexibility to travel within the UK as required.
