The Operational Risk Intern will support the Head of Operational Risk in the implementation of the Operational Risk framework in London branch and across the EMEA platform. Follow up and report on the status of action plans from incident reports, the risk assessment process and other actions. Analyse operational loss data and produce reports for committees, maintain the departmental databases and records and arrange and minute meetings with the heads of each business line. Assist with : The new product & new platform process. The risk and control self assessments (risk mapping) Serious incidents and reporting. Due diligence visits (ad hoc as required) Undertaking ad-hoc risk related projects Supporting and assisting the Head of Operational Risk. Main responsibilities of the role: Ensure the cleaning and updating of the Osirisk database Participate to the annual risk assessment (RCSA) Participate to the preparation of the Operational Risk Committee presentation Investigate and obtain any missing information necessary to accurately report and record incidents in OSIRISK; Input data to OSIRISK – incidents, risk assessments, KRI data, corrective actions etc; Assist in the follow-up of action plans which have been agreed with the business following incidents, or the risk assessment process. Work on ad- hoc operational risk projects Required Skills/Qualifications/Experience

• Strong skills in Microsoft softwares including in particular; Excel (to advanced level) Word, Outlook and PowerPoint and Access. • VBA skills • Numerate • Thorough • Accurate • Attention to details • Good personal presentation skills • Commitment to complete work within agreed deadlines • Reliable strong team player – prepared to work to support the more senior members of the team • Excellent written and spoken English
