Our Head of Operational Risk is seeking an Operational Risk Manager to act as a trusted adviser to the business, supporting them on both the provision of oversight and challenge on the risks that The Cambridge encounters. You will utilise your excellent analytical skills to continuously develop the Operational Risk management framework and risk appetite, taking a pragmatic approach to achieve desired outcomes and building strong stakeholder relationships across The Cambridge. You will either hold a certificate in Operational Risk Management or be willing to achieve this certification, but you should already have industry and Agile
(or other project methodologies)
experience. You can expect to work closely with other teams, harnessing your interpersonal and influencing skills to lead on the effectiveness of controls and embedding governance processes, to ensure robust and repeatable processes for the management of risk.
