Join this fantastic team as an Operational Risk Coverage Manager and play a crucial role in enhancing my clients risk management practices. As a key member of the risk management team, you will be responsible for overseeing operational risk activities and ensuring compliance with regulatory standards. Key Responsibilities: Support the Head of Enterprise Risk Management in performing oversight and challenge on enterprise risk activities. Act as the relationship manager for Operational Risk, providing guidance and support to stakeholders in embedding the operational risk framework. Ensure consistent risk management practices across the organization by providing guidance and support for the effective operation of the operational risk framework. Oversee the operational risk lifecycle activities, including risk identification, assessment, reporting, and monitoring. Collaborate with stakeholders across the organization to provide support and constructive challenge on operational risk and control framework activities. Qualifications: Sound understanding of the Operational Risk Management Framework and key concepts of Operational Risk Management. Knowledge and understanding of the Capital Markets business. Ability to challenge and influence senior stakeholders. Effective communicator with strong verbal and visual presentation skills. Strong writing skills, with the ability to summarize ideas in a structured manner. Ability to listen to feedback and adapt accordingly. Flexibility to adapt to change and a pragmatic approach to problem-solving. Comfortable working independently with a proactive mindset.
